If you have an urgent need or challenge with one of our products our response time is generally 1–2 hours. For other matters we will get back to you within 24–48 hours. If you have any product enhancement ideas that you would like to share, our response time is 72 hours.

Q: Who is Intrievex?
A: We are an information retrieval business, based out of the technology hub Seattle, WA. We are privately owned and not venture backed. We are focused on giving you better ways to find information. Please see our About Us page for more information.

Q: How do you do what you do?
A: We make a better way of finding information simple and easy through a better search experience, ease of use, a powerful back end, richer views, fresher data, faster results, advanced features, tier 1 reliability and free premium support.  And with all of those modern advantages, it’s the most inexpensive solution in the industry.

 

Q: What do you do?
A: The client application requires port number 85. The transmission protocol is TCP/IP, no UDP, and both in and out traffic must be enabled.

Q: When are the services available?
A: The CourtsOnLine service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The only time service may be unavailable is during periodic maintenance sessions by the courts. Typically, maintenance is done between 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on Saturdays or Sundays.
